बारामती पोटनिवडणुकीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर Sanjay Raut यांनी महत्त्वपूर्ण वक्तव्य केले आहे. त्यांनी सांगितले की सध्या काँग्रेसचे उमेदवार आकाश मोरे मैदानात असून ही निवडणूक शांततेत पार पडेल.
Rahul Gandhi यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली काँग्रेस महाराष्ट्रात लढत असून, महाविकास आघाडीतील घटक पक्षांची भूमिका लवकरच स्पष्ट होईल, असेही त्यांनी नमूद केले.
यावेळी Uddhav Thackeray लवकरच या विषयावर भूमिका मांडतील, असे संकेतही राऊत यांनी दिले.
तसेच Nana Patole यांच्या वक्तव्यावरही त्यांनी प्रतिक्रिया देत “सत्य वाचायला सातत्य हवे” असा टोला लगावला.
राष्ट्रीय आणि आंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्द्यांवर बोलताना त्यांनी Narendra Modi, Donald Trump आणि Mamata Banerjee यांच्याबाबतही भाष्य केले.
